  The Kolbe profiles were very informative, true and on target as far as my evaluation. I had a moment when you were doing our session when a light bulb went off as far as obtaining my goals and not just talking about them. The part where you get it down to the "nitty gritty" and determine what is the absolute first step ... That was absolutely weight lifting. So many times doing goal exercises we think about goals we would like to achieve. Then, when we try to get them done, we don't really know where to start. For me, when I actually had to think about and commit to a first step for each one of my goals and assign a beginning date, it made all the difference. It was a whole new approach to goal setting I had never considered. All this rambling to say thank you for the insight in helping us break down our goals and providing a process that makes it easy to get started and actually finish. Since the workshop I have completed all of my 90 day business goals...wow! It has been wonderful for me. The Team Dreamers Workshop was very beneficial.
